About Me

Hi, I am Kerrie, a proud island girl and mum based in Barbados. Together with my Antiguian sister, I created Island Tote from a genuine need for something that is both beautiful and practical for everyday life.

As a busy mum constantly on the move, from beach days with my children to grocery runs and daily errands, I needed a bag that could truly keep up. It had to look stylish, feel lightweight, handle splashes with ease, and stay durable over time.

When I could not find anything like that on my island, I decided to create it myself. I focused on thoughtful customisation, beautiful colour choices, and engraved island names that give each tote a personal and meaningful touch.

Island Tote was born from my love for simplicity, island living, and intentional design. Every bag reflects my Caribbean roots and my belief that products should support real life while still feeling special.
